On 5/18/10 at 16:04 hrs TFD was dispatched to Route 9W North of East Clinton Avenue for an extrication.  Car 510 arrived on the scene of the 2 car head on mva and advised responded units that one of the drivers needed to be extricated.  Squad 2 arrived on scene first due and removed the vehicle's door.  Engine 2's crew assisted the crew of the Squad.
