On 1/27/10 at 00:53 Hours Tower 2 was requested mutual aid to 123 Truman drive in Cresskill for a working house fire in a 2 1/2  story mansion.  510 arrived on scene and advised Tower 2 enroute to conduct a secondary search on arrival.  While entering the structure the crew was advised by operations of a large hole burnt in the second floor hallway making it impassable.  Cresskill Engine 5 first due on the scene had stretched an attack line through the front door and made an agressive attack knocking down the main body of fire.  After conducting a secondary search Tower 2's crew worked with Cresskill companies and other mutual aid companies opening up ceilings and walls and knocking down additional fire.  Due to the size of the structure initial hose teams found difficulty locating access to the attic.  Tower 2's crew was able to locate access to the attic and stretch an attack line knocking down additional pockets of fire.  TFD units on scene were Car 510 and Tower 2.  Photos courtesy of  Brett Dzadik  www.brettsfirephotos.smugmug.com
